Programs for Children Ages 3 to 4

Our Gymberkids playgroup is an extension of Tiny Tumble Tots, but for older children. Not only the little ones can have all the fun! Play structures, slides, ball  pit, parachute fun and catching bubbles are all part of this active playgroup. Ages: 5 and under.

 

During the Mini Maestros playgroup, you and your child will embark on a musical journey of interactive songs that will help your child develop language, listening, social and gross motor skills. Mini Maestros involves exploration of musical instruments, and learning movement and signing to songs. Sing along, play, laugh and catch bubbles! Ages: 18 months to 5 years old.

Preschool Rock Paper Scissors™ is a one hour, one day a week arts & crafts class for children age 3 to 5. Through age appropriate art instruction and projects, your child will be introduced to a variety of arts and crafts mediums, learn a little art history and theory, complete a craft project to take home, and also be allowed to express him/herself creatively at the Arts & Crafts Exploration Table. Ages: 3 to 5.

Whoopsies utilizes large play hoops to give children a fun, interactive fitness workout. Children will be engaged in challenging hoop activities and games that will help them develop balance, coordination and agility. This is a drop-off playgroup. Ages: 2 to 5.

Burn off that extra energy with some jumping fun in our jumpy castle! Indoor fun in our studio, Room 210. On warm, summer days, we may even take it outside behind the SCC building! Class limited to 5 children. Ages: 2 to 3.

 

 

Come spend some time crafting with friends during this drop-in open studio time. There will be a variety of craft projects available as well as miscellaneous arts and crafts materials so children can express themselves creatively. Ages: 7 and under.

Together Time is a “preschool preparation” program for children ages 2 and 3 years old with a parent. The goal of the program is to introduce children to a structured environment and ease their transition to preschool while having the security of Mommy or Daddy. Ages: 2 to 3.

ScientificKids™ is a science exploration program for children 4 to 7 years old. Children learn about plants, insects and small creatures of the world. Class structure consists of an interactive lecture, open discussion, and hands-on study. Please note that we have modified the program slightly to better fit as a summer camp. Ages: 4 to 7.

Kneeding, smushing, pounding, creating...those are the fun things your child will enjoy doing with our endless supply of Play-doh! We have tons of cookie cutters, molds, presses and more that will interest your child in this one-hour drop-in playgroup. Ages: 7 and under.

The 3-2-1 Chute!™ licensed program helps children to learn counting, number recognition, addition, subtraction, fractions and more, and build on their existing math skills through fun parachute games and activities. Since 3-2-1 Chute! classes teach math through parachute games and activities, children also get a dose of fitness and fun, too! Ages: 2 to 7.

Bending, stretching, posing, breathing, laughing, playing...this movement class introduces little ones to yoga poses through stories and play. We will take a journey through the jungle and encounter many animals. Silliness, laughter and keeping our bodies healthy are what this playgroup is all about! Children will gain strength and flexibility while having fun and staying physically fit. This is a drop-off playgroup. Ages: 3 to 5.

Potty Rockers is the first licensed program to offer hands-on potty training help to children 1 1/2 to 4 years old and their parents. Our Potty Rockers™ classes provide a positive, stress-free, and rewarding environment for children at all stages of potty training. Ages: 18 months to 4 years old.
