Attending Activities at the SchoolRock, Inc. Studio
The doors to our studio will open at the start time of the activity. Please do not knock on the doors as this may interrupt any activities that may be in progress. All activity participants must leave our studio promptly at the time the activity ends so we may prepare for the next activity. All children participating in programs offered through SchoolRock, Inc. must have a signed Liability and Photo Release form on file prior to participation. At no time may a child play in our studio unless there is a scheduled activity and the child's caregiver has "signed-in" the child releasing liability. All participants, including those arriving after the start of the activity, must pay the activity fee for the activity no matter what time the participant arrives. No refunds will be issued for any SchoolRock, Inc. activity or punch cards unless noted otherwise.

Class Cancellations by You
To cancel a class, please contact us at . If a registrant withdrawals five (5) business days or more from the first day of the class, a $20 fee will be assessed against the refund. No refund will be given for withdrawals less than five (5) business days of the first day of the class, (e.g. if the class is schedule to begin on April 6th, you must notify SchoolRock, Inc. by April 1st of your choice to cancel to receive a refund, less the $20 fee). Missed class sessions will NOT result in a pro-ration of the total tuition.

Class Cancellations by SchoolRock, Inc.
A class may be cancelled if sufficient enrollment is not achieved. If a class is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email and will receive a full refund of the paid amount. THEREFORE, IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU ADD OUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO YOUR CONTACT LIST SO YOU GET THE NOTIFICATION! We are not responsible for unreceived emails. Classes may be cancelled up until the day of the first class session.

If an educator must cancel a class session, a refund for that portion of the class will be issued. 

Full Classes / Wait List
Once a class is full, we will continue to take registrations and place you on a wait list. You will be notified immediately via email if you are on the wait list and will have the option at that time to cancel and get a refund, or stay on the wait list. Anyone on the wait list who does not attend the class will be refunded the day after the first class session begins. If a slot opens in the class, you will be notified via email. 

Playgroup Cancellations by SchoolRock, Inc.
If at least one playgroup participant does not show up within 10 minutes after the playgroup start time, the playgroup will be cancelled. Playgroups are "drop-in", therefore no refunds are issued.

Punch Cards
Punch cards are the responsibility of the card holder and must be presented at the start of the activity for entrance. If card holder does not bring the punch card to the activity, the card holder must pay via cash or check to attend the activity; no "credits" will be given. Punch cards are non-refundable and expire one year from date of purchase.
